All membership is individual and is open to licensed brokers, agents or state-certified appraisers as well as approved economic development entities within the state of Louisiana. (If your license is affiliated with a sponsoring broker, your broker must first be a member of LACDB for you to be eligible to join).
Fees are $100 initial and $60/month with no contract period.
REALTOR members of GBRAR CID, NOMAR CID, NWLAR CID, or RCA's RAA can get a $20/month discount.
