DHL will complete the new logistics center by the second half of 2018, with Graphic Packaging consolidating the production of its two West Monroe carton plants into the new combined converting facility in 2019. This site is highly suited for clean manufacturing, third party logistic companies, research, e-commerce distribution and fulfillment centers in addition to standard industrial and warehouse development to meet local demand. As an LED certified site, the property owners have had an extensive amount of due diligence work completed prior to bring the tract to market. As a result the property has a clean bill of health and is one of largest shovel-ready sites along the I-20 corridor in north Louisiana.
