The entire building has rail access (16 rail doors) which is provided by Canadian National Railroad.
The structure is a steel framed building, with 24’ – 28’ eave heights, the exterior walls are a combination of concrete tilt and metal and were freshly painted in 2012. The foundation is reinforced concrete.
The entire building is 358,060 SF and in July of 2013 approximately 89,700 SF became available for lease. Much of this space has already been leased but a 15,600 SF suite remains.
