American Can is adjacent to Bayou St. John, a waterway that runs through

It abuts the Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6 mile linear park and pedestrian/bicycle
trail that opened in 2015, connecting Lakeview to Treme.
The Canal Streetcar line connects Mid-City to downtown New Orleans.
The Medical District, Central Business District, and City Park are all located
