|Area Description:||This property is located on the north and south sides of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, east of I-49 in the southeast sector of Shreveport, approximately 8.5 miles south of the Shreveport Central Business District. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop (Louisiana Highway 526) leads east/northeast through the southeast sector of Shreveport to E. 70th Street (LA HWY 511). Bert Kouns also leads west around the south sector of Shreveport and continues west/northwest to I-20 on the west side of Shreveport. Bert Kouns creates a loop around the west, south and east sides of the city. I-49 leads north through the central sector of Shreveport to I-20 and I-49 leads south through Louisiana to I-10 in Lafayette. The primary arteries in the area are populated with a combination of commercial and industrial users. The secondary arteries in the area are populated with a combination of single family residential uses and light commercial uses.
