Joe Gardner joined Stirling Properties in 2008 after graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University. Having found a passion for commercial real estate, he began the CCIM curriculum in 2009 and was awarded his CCIM designation in 2015.

Presently, he is responsible for the retail and office leasing of over 1.3 million square feet in Southeast Louisiana & Mississippi. He works extensively with national, regional and local retail concepts throughout Louisiana in a tenant representation capacity.

Joe has extensive experience in retail development and recently completed a development in New Orleans, LA, anchored by Dollar Tree; retailers include Rue 21, Footlocker, Kid’s Footlocker, LA Nails, & Wing Stop.

Joe is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), The RBN (Retail Broker’s Network), NOMAR/CID (New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors).

Mr. Gardner proudly served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise and was awarded the prestigious National Defense Medal.
