Steve is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and has been with Property One Inc. since 2001. He has a thorough knowledge of the local market, local players and local governmental agencies. Steve achieved his CCIM designation in 2001 and specializes in office and industrial leasing, build-to-suit and land transactions. Steve loves outdoor sports including hunting, fishing, camping and horseback riding. He is especially fond of raising, training and hunting his own line of Brittany bird dogs. Steve won the Agent of the Year Award in 2004, 2011, 2012 and 2013 with an honorable mention in 2005. In his time with Property One, Steve has completed over 1,200 transactions. Steve is married to Beth and has three grown sons, Rene’, Stephen, and Doug.
