Bill Roark is very active in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Management and Leasing Industry, and has been since 1970, when he became affiliated with a Dallas, TX real estate development company named Baldwin-Harris. He first opened Tri-State Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate company in Monroe, LA in 1975. He being the sole owner of Tri-State Properties and operated as Broker. Mr. Roark has served as President of the local Northeast Louisiana Board of Realtors and as Director of the Lousiiana Realtors Association. His experience includes site acquisitions, retail and office leases, tax-free exchanges, multiple property purchases and property management. From 2009 to 2015, Bill merged with Keller Williams Realty, Parishwide Partners, to form a Commercial Department. Then in 2015, to identify himself as solely a commercial real estate broker, he has joined his son, Ryan Roark, CCIM, in the new Tri State Properties, LLC as an "exclusive" Commercial Real Estate Company and working as a team in the commercial real estate market. Bill is the Associate Broker and has consistently ranked at the top as a commercial broker/agent in commercial sales for his market area of northeast Louisiana.
