CID Membership Benefits

LACDB members who are a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® CID, the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® CID, the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® CID, and the REALTOR® Association of Acadiana RCA receive a discount on LACDB Fees and access to tools such as CRS Data and if a REALTOR® member RPR.

CID/RCA members receive a $45 per quarter/$180 annual discount on their LACDB Fees.

CID/RCA members have access to CRS Data, an online tool that provides timely, accurate property data from public records sources such as the tax assessor, FEMA, and the US Census.

REALTOR® members have access to REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR), the nation’s largest property database, exclusively for REALTORS®. RPR puts data, tools, and reports at your fingertips so you can respond to questions and requests instantly, and position yourself as an essential part of every transaction.
