   <![CDATA[Anyone know of a way to create a template once you have selected the appropriate fields (headings) for an export to a CSV spreadsheet?  Being able to save as a template would avoid the step of having to select or deselect the available fields for subsequent exports of the same nature.  For example, one might be able to save a compressed customized format (with appropriate preselected fields) for office leases rather land sales, etc.   ]]>

   <![CDATA[David, CCIM's STDB.com has traffic counts.  There are a few different ways to get them to show up, i.e. in reports, or on maps, etc.  And, the data can be somewhat dated.  The data provider STDB uses is the only known aggregator (sp?) of traffic counts in the U.S.  When you get to a Parish or Municipality level the data can be real dated.<br />

Lastly, if you have time you can call the various govt. entity to request a traffic count be taken.  We did that with one of our properties.  Took about 90 days but it is possible.]]>

   <![CDATA[Would your local economic development association have different counts or do they get theirs from DOTD? If the source of both are the same, you can likely make a request to have a certain area recounted if its been some time since the last count.]]>

   <![CDATA[Does any one have an opinion on where one can find that most up to date and accurate Vehicle Traffic Counts for primary thoroughfares in the New Orleans area?  Some of the data that I have been finding on DOTD is pre-K and does not seem very reliable given the demographic upheaval caused by Katrina.]]>

   <![CDATA[Does anyone have knowledge regarding availability of CAB2 zoning in Baton Rouge?  I have a client that requires this zoning classification, and it seems as if this zoning is extremely rare.  Is CAB2 zoning being phased out in Baton Rouge in an attempt to prevent some of the permitted uses under this zoning classification?]]>
