The seminar will examine the state of the industry for Acadiana as well as focus on emerging trends and the future outlook. Real estate segments to be discussed are Retail, Office, Industrial, Residential and Multi-Family.

The Unified Development Code will likely be the most significant policy vote of the Lafayette City-Parish Council this year, impacting developers and real estate professionals throughout the region. Keynote speakers, LCG Chief Development Officer Carlee Alm-LaBar and Public Works Director Kevin Blanchard, will give attendees an overview of the code development process, its major proposed changes, and what it will mean for Lafayette and the region once adopted.
